Nothing on this website is an offer capable of acceptance. Scope, timeline, price, confidentiality, liability, intellectual property, and the law that governs them are settled in the agreement we sign with you, and that agreement prevails over anything written here.

Outcomes described in our success stories were produced under particular conditions for particular clients. They illustrate what we have done. They are not a promise of the same result for you.

The text, design, code, imagery, and the KloudKiQ name and mark on this site belong to The Rhine Software Solutions or to whoever licensed them to us. Read the pages, quote them with attribution, link to them. Do not republish them as your own.

Where we link to another organization's site, we do not control it and we are not responsible for what it says or does.

We keep the site up and correct mistakes when we find them. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, and we may change or withdraw any page without notice.
